Customer Churn

Customer Churn is the percentage of customers who are no longer using your product or service is a given time frame. The customer churn can be calculated using the following formula:-

customer churn = (X/Y) * 100 where:

X = Number of Customers lost during the time frame Y = Number of Customers at the start of the time frame

For example let's say you started the month with 100 customers and after the month you have 90 customers, you can calculate the customer churn as follows:

X = (100 - 90) = 10 Y = 100

customer churn = (10/100) * 100 = 10%

You should try to keep your churn near to 0%.
