Kanban is an Agile methodology where teams work in priority task rather than the small iterations of the product. The goal of Kanban is to have the consistent flow of work while getting rid of bottlenecks in the delivery process. This is usually done by adding the max number of tickets in a particular column to avoid overflow of work in one column.
