Customer Journey Map
Customer Journey Map is a diagram or a sheet describing the various stages a customer will go through while using the product. It will include the trigger, a motivation (a pain point the product is solving) that motivates them to start using the product and keep them an engaged customer by providing value. A good customer journey map usually have a way to create a WOW moment for the customer early in their journey to help them achieve their goals.
